We offer same-day dispatch for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

3. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window for corrections.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

GoldBeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, please contact your local courier or delivery authority immediately.
